Should you accept the challenge, follow these steps:
1. Commit to Connect: Use 5 days during the Week of Wellness to connect with people in your life.
2. Take the challenge: Take a small action each day for 5 days to express gratitude, offer support, or ask for help.
3. Reflect and share: Share your reflections on the actions you took and how they made you feel.
4. Submit your actions and reflections to earn a UM-Flint Mini Waterproof Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker
*Students on campus can pick up a 5 for 5 Connection Challenge card from any event during the Week of Wellness and submit completed challenge cards to the CAPS/DASS office in UCEN 264 on February 19 - February 21 to receive a UM-Flint speaker.
