UM-Flint Student Health Survey

UM-Flint wants to hear from you!

In partnership with the American College Health Association (ACHA), UM-Flint is participating in the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) to learn more about the health and wellness needs of students. All students 18 years or older are invited to complete the UM-Flint Student Health Survey, which helps UM-Flint ensure we are offering resources and program to support your needs.

Please check your email for an invitation from the National College Health Assessment to complete the UM-Flint Student Health Survey. The first 100 students to complete the survey will receive a $15 gift card for Amazon, following that all students to complete the survey will receive a $10 gift card to Amazon. Additionally, all students who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win one of the following prizes:

$50 Amazon Gift Card
$50 Maize Money
$50 Speedway Gas Gift Card
$50 Meijer Card
Personal Training Session or Nutrition Counseling at the UM-Flint Recreation Center
