The College Panhellenic Associations (CPA) are based on democratic principles and organized to enable cooperation among the women's-only sororities on a campus. The College Panhellenic association at UM-Flint is recognized and falls under the Guidence of the National Panhellenic Conference. The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) was established in 1902 to assist collegiate and alumnae chapters of the NPC member organizations in cooperating with colleges and universities and to foster interfraternal relationships.

The National Panhellenic Conference is the premier advocacy and support organization for the advancement of the sorority experience.

We are committed to relationships built on trust through transparency, accountability and mutual respect. Innovation and our core values of friendship, leadership, service, knowledge, integrity and community guide us in fulfilling our mission.

Once you leave campus, alumnae membership can be very rewarding and can help you make connections with women around the world due to volunteering and involvement.

This privilege of lifelong membership also has the stipulation of single-membership, meaning you may only ever initiate into one sorority. If you happen to transfer during your collegiate membership you may join another chapter of your initiated sorority at a different university. If the university you transfer to does not have your organization, you begin your alumnae membership. The Club is established for the expressed purpose of playing competitive hockey. The team was first introduced in 2007. Currently, we play out of Crystal Fieldhouse on Burton, MI. All players are registered with USA Hockey as well as the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA). We are here to play hard and win, but most importantly we are here to have fun and become a family. Each player will be given the opportunity to showcase their talent and earn their time on the ice. Our players have gone on to play in professional leagues such as the Federal Hockey League. The team was National Runner ups in 2013, and we hope to be back into national championship contention. We are a family. We are Michigan Flint Hockey. Go Blue.

Staff Assembly was formed following a task force study in 1990. Staff Assembly consists of two groups:

-Staff Council (elected UM-Flint staff)
The Staff Assembly and the Staff Council stimulate and maintain a spirit of unity and open communication between the university support personnel and the administration of the University of Michigan-Flint.

Our Charter establishes the guidelines for procedures under which these bodies will function.

-Provide open communication with the campus between staff and administration.
-Be the voice to the Administration for channeling concerns by suggesting proposals and solutions with input from the Staff Assembly.

NDS Club Mission statement: The purpose of the organization shall be to offer a place for UM-Flint students to collaboratively explore the ways that we think, learn, and function differently in order to collectively improve our overall wellness and educational experience by sharing support, visibility, and resources with each other and the community. We aim to be inclusive of every student who learns, thinks, or functions differently, including those with specific learning disabilities, and similar challenges related to learning, like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. We will strive to interact with sensitivity to the fact there are differences between us in where our neurodiversities impact us, between school, home, work, and relationships.

The mission of the women's basketball team is to give girls here in flint the opportunity to continue basketball after high school. For the most part, its rare to compete at the collegiate level after high school. By making this team, we are giving girls the opportunity to play the sport they love competitively. When school gets to be a lot, people need breaks. Joining a sports team is the perfect opportunity to clear your mind and get exercise in.
