Perfect for the complete karate beginner that wants to get a taste for karate.

 In this course we cover the basics in Karate, like how to wear our uniform, and simple Japanese words we use in class.
We then go the basic blocks and strikes in Karate. There are four basic blocks that we practice, as well as one punch. We will go through the proper technique for each move. Each class has a warm-up, stretch, as well as karate activities and exercises. The aim is for you to experience something new and have fun.
