Details
• 1-mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 squats
• 1-mile run
- all while wearing a 20 lb. weighted vest*
*Modifications include, not wearing a vest, partitioning the reps, substituting exercises, and/or completing a half-Murph.
This workout is completed near Memorial Day in honor of US Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy who sacrificed himself on June 28, 2005 in order to get a radio transmission out. Lt. Murphy as well as two other SEALS involved in Operation Red Wing, erished that day in Afghanistan.
