Interested in creating a junk journal but you're not sure where to start? Or maybe you have a junk journal that you need to update with all of your most recent junk? Either way, come by the UCEN 3rd floor loft space for Junk Journaling 101!

Junk Journaling is a sustainable activity that includes a handmade book that is created by using recycled, reusable, or secondhand materials. This includes ticket stubs, wristbands, letters, food packaging, or anything else that you may want to hold onto. These types of journals can include writing, collages, and any other mixed media art. How you design your junk journal in entirely up to you! To learn more about junk journaling, check out this page: https://www.margaretemiller.com/blog/what-i-wish-i-knew-as-a-junk-journal-beginner

We encourage students to bring their own "junk" and any other supplies they wish to use. However, we will have plenty of supplies to use, especially if you're just starting out!

This Climate Week event is free and open to all students! Feel free to drop by anytime between 11am-3pm!
