Do you ever wonder what exercises to do when you go to the gym?  Or get overwhelmed with where you should even start in order to reach your physical activity goals? Register to meet with a certified personal trainer for FREE at the Rec Center! 

Sessions are 30 minutes each and you can bring up to 2 friends with you.  Trainers can help answer your questions, introduce you to proper form and equipment use, and assist with pre/post-workout nutrition tips. Get a FREE shaker bottle, protein powder and/or pre-workout mix for participating.
