Head to the UM-Flint Rec Center on Saturday, March 23, for back-to-back basketball games between our Wolverines and the Falcons!
The first game tip-off is at 11 a.m. and the second game will follow after a brief intermission. Admission is FREE and all are welcome to attend. Wear your maize and blue to support!

The Planet Blue Ambassador (PBA) training is the entry point into sustainability and empowers all faculty, staff, and students to engage further and lead by personal action. Become a Planet Blue Ambassador to learn about sustainability on our campus, make new connections, and gain a certification you can put on your resume/CV. Plus, we'll feed you!

Come hang out in the Rec Center pool & hot tub! We'll have pool games, snacks & a cannonball contest too.
First come, first served, limit 50 students on deck at a time. Remember to bring the following items with you to join in all the fun:
- swim suit
- towel
- lock for your locker
- flip flops for walking to/from the locker rooms & pool deck
(The pool will be closed to non-students during this event; lap swimming will be limited or unavailable.)

Dive into Woman Talk Wednesday where this week we will be discussing 'Everyone Else is Doing It': Conformity & Groupthink. Challenge norms, share experiences, and rethink your narrative. Redefine the rules with us. You're not "everyone else." We'll see you in 213 UCEN at 1:45 on Wednesday.

Drop in anytime between 12-5pm at the Esports Lab in Riverfront to play a variety of games. Titles include: Rocket League, Valorant, Fortnight, Overwatch 2, League of Legends, and more. You can also play Super Smash Bros on the Switch!
Staff will be on hand to help show you around the lab, and tell you how you can get involved in esports. Free food/snacks, while supplies last.
*Bring your MCard* you will need to swipe your card at the front doors of Riverfront to get into the building.

This week we are kicking off the semester on a discussion about asking for help. Why is it so hard sometimes for us to ask for help or admit when we are struggling? What things have helped you be able to recognize when you might need help? What resources on campus or in the community help other students that were helpful for you? We'll see you Wednesday at 1:45-2:30pm in 213 UCEN!

Do you ever wonder what exercises to do when you go to the gym? Or get overwhelmed with where you should even start in order to reach your physical activity goals? Register to meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer for FREE at the Rec Center!
Sessions are 30 minutes each and you can bring up to 2 friends with you. Trainers can help answer your questions, introduce you to proper form and equipment use, and assist with pre/post-workout nutrition tips. Normally this service has a fee, and this is the only free date we offer each year.

Jump into the new year with a new fitness routine - explore a Yoga class! As we get a new semester underway, this class will be specially formatted to welcome new participants. But you're always welcome to drop-in to any group fitness class throughout the year - they're free for all current students, and no registration is required.

Enjoy meditation and relaxation by taking a break and enjoying this gentle, basic yoga class that will enhance your strength and flexibility. All poses can be modified to fit all abilities.

Admission is free but registration is required. Please make sure to bring you MCard to be seated in the UM-Flint section. NOTE: No bags or purses larger than 5" x 7" unless those bags are clear.

A core strengthening and conditioning program that uses functional movements designed to prepare a person for life contingencies through varied and challenging workouts. It improves cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. All exercises can be modified depending on your fitness level.
