Details

Jump into the new year with a new fitness routine - and check out a group fitness class! As we get a new semester underway, this class will be specially formatted to welcome new participants. But you're always welcome to *drop-in* to any group fitness class throughout the year - they're free for all current students, and no registration is required.

*class limit: first 16 participants to arrive*

Class Description (called U-Fit)
A core strengthening and conditioning program that uses functional movements designed to prepare a person for life contingencies through varied and challenging workouts. It improves cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. All exercises can be modified depending on your fitness level.
