We’re celebrating Climate Week with a tri-campus Day of Service. Join UM-Flint Planet Blue Ambassadors, the Thompson Seed Library, and the UM-Flint Staff Walking Club as we provide opportunities for you to give back!

We have 3 sites to choose from. Please register to the speciifc site you'd like to attend.

Choose your own adventure, or if you have the time, attend more than one opportunity during this year’s Day of Service!

Seed Library Processing & Packaging (Day of Service Site)

During Climate Week's Day of Service, help the Thompson Library process and package donated seeds to add the the Seed Library!

We'll be working at a couple of the big tables on the third floor of the library for a couple of hours, but feel free to drop in for as long as you can give us.

Day of Service Site: Campus Litter Walk

Interested in this site for Climate Day of Service?

Join the Staff Walking Group for a clean-up around campus as we celebrate Climate Week this Fall! Walk, talk, and pick up litter on this special walking route!

If you have some time between meetings, pick up litter and help make campus cleaner! We welcome your contribution, no matter if you only have 20 minutes, or the full 2 hours. Clean-up supplies are provided. Please dress accordingly for the weather, we will be cleaning up rain or shine!

Join PBA for a clean-up at Riverbank Park as we celebrate Climate Week this year! Clean-up supplies are provided. Please dress accordingly for the weather, we will be cleaning up rain or shine! Food will be provided to volunteers after the clean-up!
